How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your PalmettoGuard account and associated data at any time, in either of the following ways:

Email: Send a request to info@palmettoguard.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can locate it.
Contact form: Submit a request through the contact form on our home page stating that you want your account deleted.

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we remove:

Account data: name, email address, phone number, and address within the community.
Vehicle information associated with your account.
Guest and visitor lists you created.
App usage and device data linked to your account.
